Odyssey Across America
Our new program director has proposed a very ambitious effort to energize our Service Shuttle Program across America. Here at SES we are exploring the possibility of docking our Service Shuttles at travel rest stops across America. Our initial efforts will focus on Alabama, Florida, Texas, Mississippi, and Louisiana. This corridor of states has played a major role in the success of America's space shuttle program. In the coming weeks and months, we will be contacting the administrative offices that manages these travel rest stops in every state along with potential corporate sponsors. Initially we will site our aft tail section module only that will feature information about those Space Shuttle Team members in that particular state that played a role in the programs success. In addition, these modules will have "high tech" capabilities to communicate with travelers along the Interstate Highway System and inform them of the location and things to visit while in that particular state. We are very excited about this new concept of "spreading the word" about our program and its' mission objectives. Any feedback about this mission would be greatly appreciated in our "Comment" section of this webpage.
SES will be soliciting applicants to coordinate the program in their particular state. We think that this would be a wonderful opportunity for those whose interests are inclined toward hospitality, organization, and social networking.

New Director Joins SES
Shuttle Educational Services,Inc. is very excited about our new leadership that will be announced shortly.
It has taken ten years to finally have someone at Mission Control who is doing an excellent job of instilling in us the words of Gene Kranz, the former Flight Director at NASA during the Apollo 13 Mission,
"Failure is Not an Option". For all who have prayed for someone like this to join us in our Mission, I just want to express my deep appreciation.....H. Wayune Hall

Foundations of Mission Control
To instill within ourselves these qualities essential for professional excellence:
- Discipline-Being able to follow as well as lead, knowing that we must master ourselves before we can master our task.
- Competence-There being no substitute for total preparation and complete dedication, for space will not tolerate the careless or indifferent.
- Confidence- Believing in ourselves as well as others, knowing that we must master fear and hesitation before we can succeed.
- Responsibility- Realizing that it cannot be shifted to others, for it belongs to each of us; we must answer for what we do or fail to do.
- Toughness- Taking a stand when we must; to try again and again, even if it means following a more difficult path.
- Teamwork- Respecting and utilizing the ability of others, realizing that we work toward a common goal, for success depends upon the efforts of all.
To always be aware that suddenly and unexpectedly we may find ourselves in a role where our performance has ultimate consequences.
To recognize that the greatest error is not to have tried and failed, but that in trying, we did not give it our best effort.
